Information input during setup: When you install weihome smart camera, you will be asked for certain information such as camera name, camera description, home address, ZIP/postal code, the location of where in your home you’ve installed your weihome smart camera. This information is used to personalize your experience-for example, to tell you which device is triggering a notification or an alarm.
Data from weihome sensors: we collect data from several sensors built into weihome products. This Sensors collect data such as temperature and ambient light in the room. By recording this information, weihome smart camera knows, for instance, whether it’s dark and it should turn on night vision.
Video and audio signals and data: weihome Smart Camera enables you to determine the purpose and the means for which you collect video and audio signals data. When you enable the recording or streaming features of your weihome Smart Camera, we may record and process video and/or audio recording from the device, subject to your instruction, configuration and settings. This may include the capturing and emailing to you portions of this data as part of a notification or analyzing the data to identify motion or other events. If you instruct us by setting up your camera and choosing to receive mobile notification, we may process information from your weihome Smart Camera to send you alerts when sometimes happens. In addition, if you have the recording features enabled, we will capture, process and retain video and audio data recording from your devices for the duration of your recording subscription period (for example,7 or 30 days) and you will be able to access those recordings using the services during that time.
Technical information from the device: In order to improve your experience over time and help troubleshoot any problem you may encounter with the weihome Smart Camera, we record your weihome Smart Camera model and serial number, software version, and technical information such as Wi-Fi connectivity.
Saved and Shared Content: weihome Smart Camera enables you to determine the purpose and the means for which you save and share content. You may save and may choose to share certain content like video clips, live video streams and images for other people to access using the Services. We will collect and store information that will allow us to save and share your content at your instruction through the services, such as your friend’s account information, the number of times a friend has accessed the live video stream, and so on. By recording this information, we can show you the status of shared cameras so that you can decide whether to continue sharing it.

Data from device sensors: We collect data form several weihome sensors built into weihome Sensors. These sensors collect data such as smoke and carbon monoxide (CO)levels, by recording this information, weihome Sensors can do things like detect smoke and CO in your home, they can also sense whether something in the room is moving, and give you alarms and warnings.
Technical information from the device: In order to improve your experience over time and help troubleshoot any problem you may encounter with weihome Products, we record your weihome product model and serial number, software version, and technical information such as sensor status, Wi-Fi connectivity, battery charge level, and product features are working properly.
Wi-Fi Network Information: To connect your weihome Product to our Services, or to access your weihome Product over the Internet from a computer, a smartphone or a tablet, you will need connect it to your Wi-Fi network. During setup, the weihome Product will ask for your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password to connect to the Internet. It will save this information on the device, along with your IP address, so that you can access it and control it from your computer, smartphone or tablet, and so that it can communicate with weihome servers and download software updates. This information helps us to improve your experience over time and troubleshoot any problem you may encounter with the weihome Smart Camera, so that we can provide you with software upgrades in a timely manner when you encounter problems.
Additional Authorized Users: weihome services provide you with the ability to enable additional authorized users to access your account. If you do so, the additional authorized users may control and view all of your shared devices. You can end sharing at any time, and the invited users can also end sharing themselves. An invited user must have or create a weihome account, and information about invited users (like nickname, account name or account ID) will be stored with your account.
Phone number and area code: When you create a weihome account, we collect and store your phone number and area code. From the date the user is created, you will be able to use this phone number to log in to all weihome products. In addition, this mobile phone number can also be used to accept SMS alarm notifications. You can also change this phone number in your Account.
Basic Profile Information: Your account allows you to provide certain basic profile information like your name and profile photo. Names and profile photos may be shown to others in connection with the Services. weihome generally stores your personal information on Hui Yun’s servers until you delete or edit it. In addition, weihome may store your personal information to resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements and comply with applicable laws.
As described above, some information is processed and stored directly on the weihome device. Personal information from weihome devices is encrypted while it is being transmitted to Hui Yun. You can delete the information on the weihome device by resetting it to the defaults (using Reset button at the bottom or the back of weihome devices).
You can access, amend or delete your personal information from Hui Yun’s servers through the controls in your account.
